The Baby Bistro offers a menu of evaluation and treatment services as well as group classes.
Medical diagnoses
Evaluation and treatment for infants with diagnoses including torticollis, plagiocephaly, hypotonia, cerebral palsy, and genetic syndromes.
Fussiness / stiffness / dysregulation
Support for babies struggle with state regulation. This includes excessive sleepiness/lethargy and excessive crying; inability to be in a quiet relaxed state.
Well-child movement assessment
A supportive assessment focused on learning your baby’s unique postural and regulatory styles.
Feeding difficulty
Feeding skills and suck can be optimized with movement, positioning and state regulation strategies.
Tummy time & developmental movement
Developmental movement classes designed to support early skills and confidence — all babies are welcome.
About Patsy; owner of The Baby Bistro
Patsy has been working close to 40 years as a pediatric physical therapist with a master’s in social work. Over the past 20 years her work has focused primarily on working with infants. She has a love and curiosity for understanding each baby’s unique presentation of skills in the areas of motor, social, temperament and play. She loves working with parents and caregivers as they gain confidence in caring for their child.

Fees & Insurance
Services are billed using a cash-based model. This means you will pay The Baby Bistro in full at the time of service. The Baby Bistro will provide you with a superbill that allows you to submit to your insurance company for “out of network services”. You will need to contact your insurance company to see if you have this benefit.
